What we collect, and why.
This page covers feyncode.com and our client engagements. Kaeonix products carry their own policy, linked from the Kaeonix site, because the data involved is different in kind.
Information you send us
When you write through the contact page or by email we hold your name, address, company and the message itself. We keep it because a project conversation is a thread rather than a single note, and we may want to reread what you first told us a year later.
Enquiries that do not become projects are deleted after eighteen months. Ask us sooner and we will do it that week.
Analytics on this site
We use Google Analytics 4 to see which pages get read, where readers arrive from, and roughly which country they are in. It is Google’s product running in your browser, not a self-hosted one, and it is the only third-party script on this site.
It sets cookies whose names begin _ga, and sends what it records to Google, who process it on our behalf. Your approximate location is worked out from your IP address; Google uses the address for that and does not store it alongside the rest of the data. We keep the reports for fourteen months.
The property is not linked to Google Ads and Google Signals is switched off, so your visit does not feed an advertising audience. Any tracking blocker stops the script loading and nothing on this site depends on it — no page will break and we will not ask you to turn it off.
Separately, our CDN records each request. Those logs hold truncated IP addresses for fourteen days, which is how we notice an outage or a scraper.
Client data during a project
Engagements often require access to real records. We work on the smallest copy that makes the work possible, held in infrastructure the client controls wherever that is practical, under a written agreement covering scope, retention and deletion.
Client data is never used to train models we sell. Where we train on your data for you, the resulting weights are yours.
Processors we rely on
A short list, kept short on purpose:
Your rights
Ask for a copy of what we hold, ask for a correction, or ask us to delete it. One email is enough and we reply within thirty days, usually the same week. If our answer disappoints you, the Data Protection Board of India will hear the complaint.
